When we look at the craziness of the market we are in, we know it is tough for our buyers out there. Why is it so crazy? Is it the interest rates being so low? The lack of inventory? The COVID-19 effect? No one knows exactly why the market is so insane and buyers are having a tough time finding homes. It is definitely a combination of all of these things. But exactly what cities and locations are driving the demand? We have linked some statistics to show you what cities and areas are people searching for homes.

Here is a snapshot of how many people are looking online in a particular area. This is Fairfax County VA. The graph shows that people from Alexandria, Arlington, DC, Prince William, and Loudoun are looking the most at Fairfax County as a viable option to move. Check out the link HERE.
